Do you only use all-natural ingredients?
Our handcrafted soups contain only all-natural ingredients.
Do you offer gluten-free packages?
Yes! We offer some care packages with gluten-free options and some simply soups are gluten-free. Please note that while these soups are gluten-free, they are made in a kitchen that prepares other items containing gluten.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Packages ordered Friday - Sunday are shipping on Monday. Packages ordered Monday - Wednesday are shipped the following day. Time in transit is 1 - 2 days.
Can I pick up my package instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Please choose that option upon checkout. We will arrange a date and time once the order is placed. If you would like to schedule in advance of placing your order, please reach out to us by filling out the "Contact Us" form.
How will my package arrive?
Shipped packages are delivered via UPS. The soups are shipped frozen and will be packed in an insulated liner with gel packs to maintain temperature control and safety prior to enjoying. We recommend that the recipient immediately refrigerate the soup and enjoy it within 2 – 3 days.
Do you offer any other soups or cookies?
Coming soon! We are a small business, making each soup and cookie from scratch, and our potters are making each bowl one by one! Check back for seasonal offerings!
How many people does each size serve?
We recommend 16 oz per serving.
For which occasions do you recommend your care packages?
Any occasion or sentiment! Get Well Wishes, Birthdays, Sympathies, Holiday Greetings, Congratulations (Just Married Couples, New Homeowners, College Students, New Parents...). All will love the gift of a quick and easy meal and a lovely piece of pottery!
Can I choose which cause you will donate to as a result of my purchase?
Yes! Just send me a note on the "Contact Us" form to indicate "Dana Farber Cancer Institute" (for cancer research) or "Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative" (for hunger relief).
Why can't you ship outside of New England?
Our products are perishable and require a maximum of 2 days in transit. Shipping fees for this timeframe outside of New England are very costly. If you are still interested, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form for a shipping rate.
Can I choose my bowl?
No, because we work with several potters and rotate their pieces to provide them with fair exposure. If you have an interest in a particular color, please indicate that upon checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Does "simply" soup include any of the sides or the bowl?
As the name implies, the recipient will receive simply soup with no sides or a bowl. The package will still be wrapped in tissue paper and includes a postcard with your personal message.
Are the bowls microwavable and dishwasher safe?
Yes!
